The program for this course for chefs in fact alternates learning and sampling.
Your appointment is for 3.30 p.m. at l'Orange Verte where you are welcomed for a relaxed briefing around a refined tea with homemade biscuits. Your work session starts a few minutes later under the guidance of Marcel Ravin. Here, against the highly professional backcloth of the kitchens of the Monte-Carlo Bay, some of the secrets of an accomplished chef will be revealed.
At 7.30 p.m., the guests arrive, as your enjoyment would not be complete if you couldn’t share it with someone close. After sipping a glass of champagne, you return to the kitchen to add the final touches to the main course, then sit down at table to taste your own creations. The day comes to its end at 10 p.m., and you leave us with the heart of a chef in the making and a surprise basket as a souvenir.
Price : 205 € for a day’s cookery course for 1 person, welcome cocktail, dinner for 2 persons and a surprise basket.
